Lack of social support has driven postpartum depression and anxiety rates up to 50%.
Black women face 3-4x higher maternal mortality risk than white women.

When women thrive, families and communities flourish.

While more than 20% of women experience anxiety or depression during the perinatal period, fewer than 15% receive the mental health care they need. It’s a gap that leaves too many women feeling unsupported during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

We believe women deserve better. Our mission is to make mental health care accessible, personalized, and stigma-free, so every woman can find the support she needs when it matters most.

No one should have to face the ups and downs of motherhood alone.

Whether it’s connecting in therapy or finding comfort in our community, sharing your experiences creates a sense of belonging and helps lighten the mental and emotional load.

With Seven Starling, you’ll find a space where you can open up, feel understood, and connect with others who truly get it.

We’re founded on five beliefs that are integral to everything we do:

Safe spaces lead to open minds and hearts

Better conversations broaden perspectives

Unbiased support fosters community

Knowledge leads to confidence

All journeys deserve to be celebrated

Tina Beilinson

Co-Founder & CEO

Tina has had a knack for taking the road less traveled since Day 1. She was born in Almaty, Kazakhstan, where she grew up until her family was granted asylum into the US at age six. She's inspired by her own parents who did everything they could to make ends meet in an unfamiliar place, and the small village of family and friends that was around to support them. In her free time, she enjoys getting lost in a new city, listening to live music, and entertaining friends at home.

Dr. Nazaneen Homaifar

Board-Certified OB/GYN, Medical Director

Nazaneen cannot remember a time when she didn't dream of being a doctor. It took some time away from medicine, while in business school, for her to realize that obstetrics and gynecology was her calling. She feels the most impact when she is working to empower women to feel greater ownership over their healthcare decisions. When not using every diplomatic tactic to negotiate with her toddler girls, she enjoys painting and was most proud of a family effort entitled “Lady Quarantina” inspired by lockdown.

Starlings are known for flocking together in groups, following their seven nearest neighbors to create stunning and mesmerizing formations in the sky called murmurations.

To us, these enchanting birds symbolize the sense of freedom and strength we strive to bring to our community. They serve as a constant reminder that, united as a flock, we can achieve a vision far greater than ourselves.
