ABOUT ME

Hello! I am an LCSW with over 25 years of experience working with children and families in a variety of arenas. My current focus is on moms and children, particularly with trauma histories, using attachment theory as a base.

Family life is complicated. I can help. I have an open, collaborative style that allows you to be you and you set the stage. I offer supportive, psychoeducation that helps us understand how our brains work, are affected by trauma, and get triggered and we develop strategies together to help life run more smoothly.

I have a Post Graduate Certificate in Parent Infant Mental Health from the University of Massachusetts Boston, a Masters in Social Work from Temple University, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
