ABOUT ME

I have been practicing within the maternal mental health field for over five years as a clinical social worker within the healthcare setting. My passion for maternal mental health was sparked during my work in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Children’s National Medical Center. My passion has continued to grow as I now work with women and parents throughout their entire perinatal journey and beyond.

My approach aims to instill effective coping skills, develop boundaries and explore underlying challenges and issues throughout the perinatal period. I take pride in working alongside women and empowering them to be their best selves as they enter this new stage of life. I have a Masters in Social Work from Catholic University.

In my free time, I love to teach Pure Barre, travel and explore the DMV area.
