I have experience counseling individual s through difficult pregnancies, stressful parenting, chronic medical conditions, substance abuse, domestic violence, grief, and mental health conditions.
I particularly enjoy working with women through individual and group counseling as they navigate transitions in their lives.
I work to empower them to reach their goals and to have the lifestyles that they desire.
