ABOUT ME
I’m passionate about supporting individuals and families through the perinatal period and marginalized communities. Through therapy, I seek to bridge the intersection of mental and physical health while providing effective, culturally competent support that is centered on you. I have a primary interest in serving communities of color and a passion for supporting individuals and families through the perinatal period.
I have experience working with women, children, and adolescents in individual, group, and intensive outpatient settings. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy which focuses on integrating physical, mental, spiritual, and social wellbeing.
