My passion resides in the realm of maternal mental health which was sparked due to my own journey as a mother and my work as a Perinatal Social Worker. I am dedicated to helping mothers navigate the emotions and challenges that encompass family planning and motherhood.  

My current work includes supporting women and their families in the hospital while they navigate their transition to motherhood during the perinatal period. I strive for a client-centered and strengths-based approach, which highlights the unique needs of each individual. I am committed to helping mothers and families during the vulnerable transition to parenthood.
